Associate – Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental
I have always had a love for the natural environment and buildings in their own way. Meshing the two as a career may seem something of an oxymoron, however, it’s a challenge I have relished for more than 15 years.
My experience is in the environmental sciences, and I am professionally registered as a Chartered Scientist. However I have a broad range of experience in engineering geology, contaminated land and site investigation.
I take a commercially focussed and pragmatic view on how in-ground risks can affect development and investment decisions, and, how they interact with other construction disciplines. I have extensive experience of site investigation, assessment of in-ground risk, environmental due diligence and remediation (both in contaminated land and ground stability) and I have a particular interest in challenging convention to derive better value for clients both before and during development, and, to drive forward our knowledge and understanding of in-ground risks.
