I joined Cundall in May 2019 as the Resourcing Manager for the global practice. My experience in HR is mostly specialised in recruitment and I have worked in larger HR teams, as well as in stand-alone HR leadership roles. My most notable roles prior to this one, were at human rights charity, Amnesty International, and within the hyper-growth tech start-up industry, where I worked as a Head of People and Talent.
My main focus at Cundall is to provide a proactive, effective and internationally relevant resourcing function which ensures that our recruitment and selection activities help us to continually and consistently attract and select the right people, for the right job, at the right time. This means working on everything from the systems and processes we use to create interest, assess and engage with potential candidates, to collaborating with colleagues in HR, marketing and hiring managers around the world to ensure that the way Cundall is presented to the outside world is as a great place to work.
I am an active member of Cundall’s Culture and Ethnicity Affinity Network, Mosaic, and am passionate about inclusive hiring practices that will increase diversity within the practice.
